I absolutely love editing photos. Something about being able to create new ways of looking at things, just by playing with lighting, textures, moods, etc. is in a way, cathartic.
This weekend I hosted a photography meetup on Using Light and Shadows at the Franklin Degroodt Library in Palm Bay. I took this photo of just the walkway outside the building. It was late morning and the sky was partly cloudy but still hot and bright out.
The version below is the unedited photo taken from my camera.
It takes you to a different place, doesn't it?
